This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item. Sullaniya & Sons reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Prices & Payments
Product prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made using the methods made available on the website. For card/online payments, standard payment gateway and bank verification rules apply.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship through our chosen courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss for products purchased passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure delivery address and contact details are accurate.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified for certain products.
• Return Shipping Charges: For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, wrong size chosen by customer, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as any original shipping charges, if applicable.
• Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification. In such cases, please inform us immediately and preserve the product and packaging for inspection.
• Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as non-returnable (for example, items explicitly listed as final sale). Products that are perishable, intimate for hygienic reasons (if applicable), or marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return/exchange, products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Protection
Sullaniya & Sons is committed to preventing fraudulent activity and misuse of the return system. To protect our customers and business, we may:
• Require photographic or video evidence of defects or damage before approving a return.
• Ask for the original packaging, tags, and purchase invoice when processing returns.
• Refuse or limit returns/exchanges for customers with repeated misuse or fraudulent return patterns.
• Recover charges for items returned in a condition different from the condition at dispatch (e.g., damaged or without tags) or refuse return in such cases.

6. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment provider). Please note that banking/processing times of your payment provider may affect when the refund reflects in your account.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by you while they are still in pending/processing status. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled; in such a case please follow the return procedure after delivery (return shipping charges may apply as per clause 4). We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud detection, stock issues, or other legitimate reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sullaniya & Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, delay in delivery, or the inability to use the products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product that is the subject of the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
