1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During this time, your items are carefully quality-checked, packed, and handed over to our delivery partner.

2. Shipping Partner & Coverage
We ship all our products through Ecom Express, one of India’s most trusted courier services. Ecom Express delivers to almost every pin code in India, ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
• Same city / nearby zones: 1–2 days
• Within the same state / region: 2–3 days
• Other states / longer distances: 3–5 days
• Remote, hilly, or hard-to-reach areas: 4–7 days (depending on accessibility)
*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number / AWB number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the Ecom Express website or through our “Track Order” page.

5. Important Notes
• We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package at the nearest hub.
• Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly inform us immediately.
• Returns or exchanges due to delivery issues will be handled as per our return policy.
